1. Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: All products are made to order, and processing typically takes 2-7 business days.
  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
    • Domestic: 3-7 business days
    • International: 7-20 business days
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and size of the order.

We use Gelato’s global network of printing facilities to minimize shipping times and reduce environmental impact.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are defective or damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@brondly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will arrange for a replacement or a refund based on the nature of the defect.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs.
